Our Approach

At Crescent Moon Inspections, our goal is to ensure you as the client have every opportunity to have a complete understanding about the investment you are considering purchasing or selling.

When you’re investing in real estate, no part of the process should ever be a guessing game.

What is a home inspection?

A Home Inspection is a non-invasive, visual examination of the accessible areas of a property.

Our residential home inspection services include single-family homes, multi-family homes, townhouses, condominiums, duplexes and more.

Crescent Moon Inspections will provide a thorough, comprehensive, professional, and unbiased report on the condition of the property while we are on site.

We are dedicated to customer service and make it our priority to give you the confidence you need to make an informed decision regarding one of the biggest purchases of your life. We look forward to working with you.

Home inspections can prevent a lot of headaches for both buyers and sellers. A typical home inspection covers all major mechanical systems, structural integrity, cosmetic features and other aspects of the house.

Property Assessment

We specialize in real estate inspections for residential and commercial properties. We provide an understanding of the condition of the house through an extensive examination of the exterior and the interior of the property, which includes the structural systems, electrical systems, plumbing systems, the HVAC system, appliances, and a general safety assessment.

Areas We Serve

Our Coverage area is Harris, Brazoria, Chambers, Galveston, Waller, and Montgomery County.

What Does a Home Inspection Cover?

A thorough home inspection performed by a professional is an objective visual examination of the physical structure and systems of a home, from the roof to the foundation.

The standard home inspector’s report will include an evaluation of the condition of the home’s heating system, central air conditioning system, interior plumbing and electrical systems, the roof, attic, and visible structure

What You Can Expect

You have the right to be and should be at the inspection and to ask questions during the process. After the home inspection is completed, you will receive a copy of the inspection report with analysis and findings, complete with photos and recommendations. We will review and answer any additional questions you may have. Our reports stringently conform to the TREC Standards of Practice and Property Inspection Form REI 7-5 (5/4/2015).
